I am a person who is often called isolated and aloof from the world and lives in my own and that is why the idea of a township always amazes me where I will be living in a whole new society with conglomerated norms and cultures. Just because of that I booked a 3BHK apartment in tower 4 of Estancia at G.S.T Road Guduvanchery- Chennai, which is a venture of Arun Excello. It may seem that I am promoting the project, but I won’t even mind doing that because I am so impressed by the idea of this project that I asked my relatives to go for it as well and they gladly took my advice. I will definitely buy my office (as I am a businessman) within the boundaries of Estancia once I settle in my apartment. Hi all! I am working in a well renowned pharmaceutical firm in Chennai from the last 5 years. I have been saving since then to have a satisfactory future which involves my own house, my car and a happy little family. I didn’t take a moment to book my flat in temple green. I am very very very happy to own my dream house at an ideal location like Orgadam. It is the best any person can get here in Chennai. Trust me, owning a 3BHK flat in Chennai is that deal which Arun Excello can get you as temple green is worth of anybody’s money.

Ragamalika is best I can get

Hello everyone! I am a software engineer who recently got transferred to HCL Chennai from HCL Cochin. As it is my permanent job I had to shift with my family who is dependent on me and I am a family man too. But finding a perfect home for the family is quite a tough job during such a busy schedule when you are caught up in cycle of that 9 to 6 job and weekends are not enough to complete your sleep which you sacrifice every morning. After going through its specifications and amenities and what-not on the website of Arun Excello, I decided to check it myself, and I didn’t even have to go to the exact location for that purpose because they also provide an online Live-in Tour of the house in which you are interested. That was an advantage because I also wanted my parents to see the place where we would be living before buying it, and didn’t want to bother them at this age. I finally booked a 3BHK apartment of 1255 sq.ft and in as it was ready for possession since half decade. And I am living with my family over here, happily ever after.

Review on Temple Green Project

I am a owner of 2 flats in Temple Green, I own 1 flat in phase 1 which is a 3bhk (1460sqft) since the builder delivered on time I took the 2nd flat in H3 tower, which is handed over on time. I was really worried to invest in any projects on 2010, since till today there are many projects which is dropped(Tata crescent homes, Marg Brindavan), project closed or delay(Hirco, Mantri & Vijay shanti, jain housing etc) in handover for more than years. 

Thank god I choose Arun excello and particularly temple Green, I got my first home on time and I been getting rent of Rs. 9000 for an investment of Rs. 21 lakh and understanding good returns I bought 1 more in H3 tower which is handed over on march 2013, the project has come out good, I stayed there for a day after my house warming, it is so peace and more breeze. I liked the way it has been completed. I have given for rent h3 tower 985sqft which was finalized by the Arun Excello at Rs. 30000( fully furnished) I bought the flat at 33 lakh and furnished for 12 lakh. In total it costed me 45 lakh and my returns are good. 

I am planning to sell phase 1 (alpha - 2bhk) which is at sale price of 32 lakh  and planning to buy a town house 1460sqft (3bhk). 

I am planning to buy a home of 3bhk for my own occupation, I want to be away from honking, dust, polluted air and corrupted water. 

I want more peace and air with open space and good society to be with. I will be investing again with Arun Excello as I have gained alot of returns from their projects. Also, he is a very promising builder of Chennai, so I personally trust him alot.
