I am a bank employee who recently got transferred to Chennai from Cochin. As it is my permanent job, I had to shift with my family members who are dependent on me and I am a family man too. I own 2 flats in Ragamalika in Medavakkam, out of which one is in Phase I and it is a 3bhk flat in Chennai in 1430 sqft and the second flat is in Phase II. The first one was delivered according to the commitment so I could move further for the latter one. I was really worried to invest in any projects in 2010, since then there are many projects which were dropped (Tata crescent homes, Marg Brindavan), project closed or delayed possession (Hirco, Mantri & Vijay shanti, Jain housing etc) for more than years.

The electrical fittings are of good quality with the electric wiring impeccably concealed. The door panels for the bed room are of good quality wood. For construction, Arun Excello has used RCC with Aluminium form-work which makes these apartments pretty safe. And the price at which I bought the apartment is an absolute delight.
