I work in Bangalore since half a
decade. And I got the news of my transfer to Chennai. I have a long term
commitment with my company as it’s my second home now, so I thought to buy an
apartment in or near Chennai, instead of living on rent. So I started looking
for 3Bhk Flats in Chennai before coming to the city.
My search started online as
that’s the most convenient medium to gather any kind of information regarding
anything, obviously. Anyway! So I learned that owning a residential apartment
in Chennai is not that easy as it seems. The property rates, the inflation in
the city, the population, traffic and what not. To b honest I am not very fond
of living in congested areas where we see a lot of people. So I didn’t mind
exploring the suburbs, as they are less populated as compared to core city and
pretty much affordable too.
I came across a serene suburban
area, Valasaravakkam, which is just 15
kilometers away from Chennai. I found it quite interesting. So I looked for
properties available in the area. 3Bhk Flats in Chennai by Arun Excello popped up on my laptop screen and that’s human
psychology to go for the very first name we come across irrelevant of other
factors associated with it. But my curiosity to look into 3Bhk Flats in Chennai didn’t
go waste because the residential project was a treat to my eyes, well
digitally.
Then came the
moment to visit the location and to my surprise the place was exactly as it was
shown on the site. I got a sense of connection with the place and after
exploring it more. I booked a 3BHK apartment for me and one more colleague of
mine who got transfer orders with me.
After I booked
the apartment, our transfer got postponed for a year, but we are still happy
because who knows if property rates would go high in coming times. And the
place will also get ready till we literally go there. Happy to be a part of 3Bhk Flats in Chennai (soon).
