Arun Excello offers compact homes with project ‘Megha’

I recently shifted to Tamil Nadu with my family and was looking for a 3bhk flats in Chennai meeting all my needs and expectations. My search ended with the project ‘Megha’ in Padappai by Arun Excello.  When reviewed, the project proved out to be worth my investment. 

It is located near Chennai, on a four lane state highway at Padappai which is one of the fastest developing corridors in Chennai. Located between Sriperumpudur and Oragadam, this project offers a strategic location for the residents. It is well connected to like office complexes, schools, markets, schools and other institutions. Despite being compact homes, the apartments in Megha are quite generous for the price at which they come. Made in an area of 375 sq.ft, every apartment offers a wide amount of amenities. The apartments have quality raw materials like ceramic tiles for the rooms and kitchen along with anti-skid ceramic tiles for the toilet, a granite platform and a stainless steel sink bowl for Kitchen. The walls have glazed tiles up to a height of two feet above the platform. The toilet has glazed tiles up till a height of 5 feet from the floor. What’s impressive is that all the bath fittings would be of good quality in my 3bhk flat in Chennai location. 

The electrical fittings are of good quality with the electric wiring impeccably concealed. The door panels for the bed room are of good quality wood. For construction, Arun Excello has used RCC with Aluminium form-work which makes these apartments pretty safe. And the price at which I bought the apartment is an absolute delight.
